Cream Cheese Butter Cookies

Recipe is from little recipe collection by Gene Wilson. These will have rich taste and only last for few days, so bake them for party or gift. Cookies will be crisp and soft.

These cookies are tasty and extremely unhealthy  to be honest, so use of small mold or cookie molds are suggested. Use of cream cheese makes these cookies lifespan very short, do not store them for a long time.

Cream Cheese Butter Cookies

85 grams of plain cream cheese (Philadelphia)
225 grams soft butter or margarine
200 grams of brown sugar
1 / 2 tsp salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring
385 grams of wheat flour

Cream butter and sugar and add cream cheese. Mix together and add salt, vanilla or vanilla flavoring and wheat flour. Allow to chill few hours and mold cookies.

Bake in the oven + 175 C for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown on edges.
