Honey Cream Cookies

I tried this cookie recipe few times and it gives extremely good result with design. Taste and texture still requires some work because with deep cavity molds these can result very dense cookie. Use strong flavoured honey for good taste.

I consider this recipe as decoration cookie recipe: because texture and taste might not be good enough with deep cavity mold, cookie still have good use as table decoration or such. Surface of the cookie is easy to paint with powder food color.

Honey cream cookies

115 grams of butter
120 grams of cream cheese
1 large egg
240 ml of honey (solid, thawed water bath)
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extracts
2 tablespoons cream
550 grams of wheat flour
Mix egg and add cream cheese and butter. Mix together and add cooled honey. Add salt, extract and salt. Mix again and add flours until good dough is formed.
This dough will be like children's play dough: easy to handle and it will maintain design from mold perfectly.

Bake in the oven +175 C degrees for 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of cookie.
